Potty training your new Blue Pit Bull puppy dog is an unavoidable evil. Your blue pitbull wants to learn at a young age where to correctly relieve himself. You can begin working with your puppy at eight weeks of age.
To begin potty coaching your Blu Pit Bull, give him an area that is all his very own. A tiled washing room works very well if you have one in your residence. When leaving to go out, make sure that your Blue Pitbull puppy is in his 'area' and cannot leave.
Once you've gone, he is going to need to go potty at some particular point and will relieve himself. As time goes on, he'll begin to go in the same spot and when this begins to happen, simply begin to remove the newspaper in the remainder of the room which isn't being used.
When at home, spend as much time with your blue pitbull puppy as possible. The potty training method will be much much less complicated if take your dog outside every forty five minutes or so, then praise him excitedly when he eases himself in the yard. You can also give him a little treat when he goes to the bathroom outside to further encourage his good behavior.
It's a bad concept and completely ineffective to scold your puppy for having an accident in the house. Positive strengthening and a lot of extra time and attention is the most effective way to handle this task and remember that no dog is totally potty trained until they have reached the age of 6-8 months. Patience is a must!
